In one sentence
Period records and settings stay on this device. LunaCue has no account system, ads, analytics, or backend database for period records.
Where data is stored
- Period records, cycle length, reminder settings, and share count are stored in localStorage on your device.
- There is no account system or backend database for period records.
- There are no analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers.
How sharing works
- A newly created share link contains only your selected message, the next estimated period date, its same-day reminder time, accent color, and display language.
- It contains no past periods, cycle length, estimated duration, or later forecasts.
- Anyone who receives or is forwarded the link can see that information. Use a channel you trust.
- The share page and /ics endpoint generate the page or calendar file from the link without writing its contents to a LunaCue backend database.
- After the recipient adds an event, Google, Apple, or the other calendar provider processes it under its own privacy policy.
Payment (if you unlock sharing)
The Android app may offer a one-time purchase for unlimited share links through Google Play Billing. LunaCue does not receive or store payment card details.
Your choices
- Clearing browser data or uninstalling the app deletes all records; there is no cloud backup.
- If you do not create a share link, period data stays on your device.
